Okay, it's time to choose a name for our beloved FHITG! We waited to post the poll until today as we still had a few suggestions rolling in.

Introducing...um, well...he needs a name...

We'd love to introduce our new friend to you properly, but unfortunately, he doesn't have a name! We'll just call him "Flat Healthcare IT Guy" for now, or FHITG for short.

So, without further adieu, introducing FHITG:


Now, you may know FHITG's cousin, Flat Stanley. Flat Stanley is quite the traveler. FHITG heard about how much fun Stanley had traveling the world, and decided that he'd like to do something similar. You see, FHITG is preparing to embark on his career in Healthcare IT. But before he does, he wants to see what it's really like in the trenches.

He picked out a special suit for his visit to your hospital:

FIRST, FHITG needs a name! Leave a comment on this post with your nomination for a name. On Wednesday, January 28th, we'll hold a vote of names you suggested. Polls will be open for one week.

Hello, and welcome to the brand new Intellect Resources blog! We are excited to have this new avenue to keep in touch with you on a more regular basis. We expect to have a variety of informational and interactive columns to keep you apprised of happenings in the industry, as well as resources to help you advance your career.
